  Typically friendly staff, good food and great music. Seemingly short peak hours means food is always fresh and lobby not packed with people.

  Frustrating when you go to a fast food place requesting your meal a certain way and then again at the window reminding them what was requested (a special order). Returning home to find that it's not what you ordered! Grrr!!! Then calling to hear Mr. Taylor just say "well sorry" doesn't settle well either. Normally I am an Arby lover but I think the staff should pay careful attention to special orders and they may want to retrain their management.

  My food was fine, however my friend with me had her food made wrong THREE TIMES! First, she was given the wrong sandwich. Second, it had extra condiments that didn't belong. Third, made correctly but ICE COLD!! Finally, the manager made it himself and the order was right. He was nice and made sure we were okay.
